We use our software to help our customers become more efficient.

Our SCADA package, Prodigy is the result of over 40 years of development.  It is used by world leading organisations for aerospace product manufacturing, engine development, and pharmaceutical production, to name but three. 

Our PlantRun system allows manufacturers to improve their performance and productivity, and is used throughout the world in virtually every manufacturing sector.


PAMS is used for alarm management in air traffic control towers, and has been supplied to both commercial airports and to the UK MOD.

Recently, we won Best Project/Campaign at the Tees Tech Awards 2022 for our involvement in a remote virtual ATC tower at London City Airport.



What you will do?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Applications Team where you will be working with our Lead PlantRun engineer, delivering systems to customers in a wide variety of manufacturing industries.

You will be given day release to attend Middlesbrough College.

At Tascomp your role will include:

  • Engaging with customers
  • Configuring our software
    • Setting up inputs and outputs
    • Creating displays
    • Writing Slang code
    • Producing reports
  • Setting up hardware and software for testing
  • Visiting customer sites
  • Providing support to customers
