End User Support

If you are an end user and require technical support you should contact the supplier of your system.

Tascomp authorised resellers are trained to provide a high level of technical support with the back up of direct access to Tascomp project and development engineers. This helps to ensure that end users receive the best possible service.

Training courses are available for users, administrators and developers, carefully designed to provide trainees with the knowledge they need to get the most out of our products.

Quality training is essential for ensuring that software and systems are used effectively and efficiently, and that they are secure and compliant with relevant regulations.

Wherever possible training is of a practical ‘hands on’ nature and the number of trainees per course is limited to ensure quality of training. Courses are held in the specially equipped Training Suite at Tascomp's offices or alternatively training can be provided over the internet or at a customer site by arrangement.
