We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any goods may be returned for any reason within 28 days of the date of despatch so long as they are complete and in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the goods and delivery to the purchaser.
If goods are returned incomplete, with damaged packaging or contents, or not of merchantable quality then we reserve the right to refund the purchase price less a 10% restocking charge.
No refunds will be given on software products that have been registered.
In order to deal efficiently with any returns you must contact Tascomp before returning any goods and request a returns number which should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned shipment. You are liable for the cost of packing and shipping returns to Tascomp.
All products purchased via the Prodigy On Line Shop include free shipping.
Goods and services ordered through the Prodigy On Line Shop will usually be processed and ready for shipping within two working days. Goods are shipped by express parcel service where possible. Tascomp cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping for whatever reason once goods have been despatched.
Goods and services other than training ordered through this website are for supply outside the United Kingdom only and as such VAT is not added to the purchase price. Training purchased through this website and undertaken in the UK has VAT added at the current rate to the purchase price. Purchasers are liable to pay any prevailing taxes or duties levied in their own country.
