No Compromise
Designing Prodigy around the Microsoft Windows XP operating system has ensured that Prodigy is a clean 32bit application, free from inefficient DOS or 16bit Windows code. Though Prodigy will operate perfectly on older Windows platforms back to Windows 98, it has not been compromised by the technical limitations of the older operating systems. This makes Prodigy easier to use and quicker to respond and configure.
Open Connectivity
Prodigy has an open architecture that makes it easy to share information with other software packages. Data is held in a Microsoft Access™ file format that can be accessed by many modern software applications. In addition, Prodigy can export its data to CSV files, which are simple text files readable by most software packages

Though Prodigy’s architecture makes it ideal for large site wide networked installations, many of the largest Prodigy systems can trace their origins back to a much smaller system covering just one control & monitoring application.
