Support

We take pride in the quality of support we provide for our products.
Prodigy products are supplied through a network of resellers, distributors and systems integrators. Whether you are a reseller or an end user you may not need support often but when you do you usually need it fast. It will be when the system you (or if you are a reseller, your best customer) rely on 24/7, fails.

When this happens you don't want to have to depend on an on-line user forum, several days wait for an e-mail reply or a support desk 'engineer' reading from the user manual. With Prodigy, support comes directly from the actual development staff which means a faster resolution to your issue. It is just one of the reasons why more resellers are making Prodigy their preferred software.

End User Support

If you are a Prodigy end user and require technical support you should contact the supplier of your Prodigy system. 

Prodigy authorised resellers are trained to provide a high level of technical support with the back up of direct access to Prodigy project and development engineers. This helps to ensure that end users receive the best possible service.
